When a war of tentacles breaks out the japanese school system suffers the most casualties, but of course this only happens on the internet and at a macroscopic level. tentacle wars is a game that is more concerned with the swirly wars of the microscopic world. it is very similar to phage wars, but it does have its major differences, and these differences come in the form of, you guessed it, tentacles.but first, what is tentacle wars? tentacle wars is a strategy game where you control cells that automatically grow in power. the goal of the game is to infect every cell in the level. for this you will have to use tentacles. depending on the size of the cell, it will spawn one or more tentacles. these can be either attached to hostile or friendly cells. in the first case you go to war, with the more powerful cell winning, and in the second case, the first cell sends reinforcements to the second cell. this is useful for defending and reinforcing front line cells.tentacle wars is awesome. the levels are well made, the gameplay is addictive and you get to be a squid overlord. what more could you want?
