Welcome to the apprentice. this is a tough job. if you mess up you’ll surely be fired, but if you do well, you’ll be hired to work in one of the most successful businesses in the world!!! you have been left in charge of one of l.a.s best sushi bars, right in the middle of little tokyo. it’s not an easy job! you’ve got to be really quick on your feet - serve all the customers who come in as quick as you can and deliver their food to them as soon as it is ready too. if you can do it really well, you might even be hired.
