Add chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter to the bowl. use mixer to blend the content. add mixture to the pie pan. use spatula to mix well. put it in oven for minutes. add espresso, water, sugar and unflavored gelatin in a bowl. use mixer to blend the content. then in another bowl, add heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder and use mixer to blend it. add espresso mixture to cocoa mixture. use spatula to mix well. pour filling, apply cream then decorate pie with chocolate curls.
