You are having a special dinner party tonight and although you have already chosen a fabulous menu to impress your guests with, you still have to decide on a dessert that will blow everyone’s socks off. because you want something fresh but delicious at the same time, why not try the grasshopper ice cream pie? you can make the base with chocolate biscuits and melted butter and putting it in a round form. then mix some milk and sugar with mint cream, cream of white cocoa and coconut. put a layer of vanilla ice cream on to of your base and another layer of your mint mixture and then put it all in the freezer for a while. use a chocolate topping to make some pretty shapes on top, as a garnish. all your guests will love it! have a lot of fun!
