Today is miranda's birthday and kiki has prepared a nice surprise for her: minty brownie bites. they were so good they were the absolute hit of the party and she was asked numerous times to share the recipe. but she chose you to reveal her secrets too, so take notice and enjoy cooking these amazing and fresh brownies. in one bowl you will have to mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, in another one sugar, butter, honey, vanilla and egg white. then mix the two bowls together, put the result in muffin forms and bake them in the oven. then create the topping with sugar, milk, butter, white chocolate and crushed peppermint candies. once you have your topping ready, squeeze it on top of each brownie and put some peppermint candies on top. have a great time!
