It's hard to get that sparkly look without pouring on a ton of glitter, and i don't know if you've ever applied glitter, but it's really a waste of time, and it's impossible to get off! you don't want to be in a business meeting with one piece of glitter on your cheek. can you just focus on sparkly jewelry instead of sparkly glitter?
