Before any good formal dinner, a good appetizer is required. you have some guests over today, so you should really think of something special to make. but don’t waste your entire day in the kitchen and do something fast, easy and delicious. how about some eggs? boil them in a saucepan full of water until they are hard boiled. put them in a bowl and then take them one by one and cut them in half. pull the egg yolks out and put them in a separate bowl, and the whites on a plate. combine the egg yolks with the mayonnaise and lemon juice and spice this mixture with salt and pepper. blend well with a mixer and fill up the egg whites again with this mixture. garnish them with paprika, chopped green onions and tomatoes. have a wonderful time!
