Demons would do nothing better than sabotage and ruin everything, and that's what they do in this game. you can choose between 'think' or 'destroy'. in 'think' you must try to eliminate as many angels as possible in a limited number of attempts. in 'destroy' you must try to eliminate as many buildings as possible in a limited number of attempts.
