Draculaura needs a doctor because lately she had some nose problems. maybe you can help her out! first you need to use an anesthetic because this is a difficult surgery. first you need to use a retractor to make her nostrils bigger so you can see what you are doing. with a scalpel make an incision between the nostrils, separate them further and then use the scalpel one more time to reveal the septum that is causing draculaura breathing problems. remove the septum and with a mallet loosen the bone and take it out until her bones fir perfectly. use a needle to suture the nose back and put some nasal splints inside her nostrils. finish up by putting a bandage over draculaura’s nose. now not only she will be able to breathe better, but also the shape of her nose will be cuter. have an amazing time!
