Hey, ladies! i'm having some guests invited over for dinner and i want to cook something special for them. since i like mexican cuisine, i want to make cheese enchiladas. my friends like mexican food as well, especially the dishes i cook. they are always happy when i invite them at my house, as they know i will surprise them with a delicious meal. check out my super tasty cheese enchiladas recipe and let's have fun cooking it together. mix chili powder, flour, cocoa powder, mashed garlic, tomato sauce, oregano and salt. boil the resulting mixture in a pan, adding water as well. i use mexican tortillas which i fry and boil before filling them up with grated cheese and chopped onion. help me pour the tomato sauce mixture and more grated cheese on top of the enchiladas. place the tray in the oven and let the yummy dish bake for a few minutes. serve it warm and with green onion on top. have fun playing our brand new cooking game!
