Hello, girls! i have been a good girl lately, got good grades at school and did all my homework. my mom is rewarding me today by baking my favorite dessert, carrot cake. we have a special recipe which we created together and i cannot wait to have a bite of it. i am proud to say i have my part of contribution in the making of this yummy dessert. my mom allows me to break the eggs and mix them with the rest of the ingredients. you can take my place and help mom cook a fabulous carrot cake. mix eggs with sugar and vanilla extract. add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and a bit of salt. grate two carrots over the resulting composition and add walnuts as well. bake the cake mixture in the oven and make the filling in the meantime. combine butter with cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and walnuts. fill up the inside, then decorate the top as well. my mom will give you all the cooking directions necessary, so have lots of fun decorating the lovely smelling dessert. enjoy playing our brand new cooking game!
