Cakes are my favorite kind of dessert, girls! i bet you also like eating a delicious and mouth watering slice of cake as well. nobody can resist such a sweet temptation. i like all flavors from vanilla and caramel to strawberry and other fruits. cheesecake is by far the top of my list. i never cooked one and i decided to give it a try today. baking a cake is harder than eating it, no diggity! yet the satisfaction of eating something you made with your bare hands is far more rewarding. i chose this white chocolate berry cheesecake recipe for my first cooking attempt. help me prepare and mix the ingredients. melt white chocolate while i mix water and gelatin in a bowl. combine the melted chocolate with sugar, milk, vanilla, cream cheese and gelatin mixture. pour the resulting batter in a pan on top of a layer and biscuits, then another one of berries. add another berry layer on top of the batter and refrigerate the cheesecake. have a wonderful time playing our brand new cooking game!
