Summer is approaching fast and you surely want something sweet and cool to make you feel more comfortable. how about a watermelon slushy? yum! first you have to take a watermelon slice and take all the seed outs, because you do not want them in your slushy. then take a knife and cut it in small cubes. take a lemon, slice it in half and squeeze all the juice out. put your watermelon cubes and some ice cubes in the blender, then add lemon juice, sugar and a pinch of salt and blend everything really well. the watermelon will add a wonderful flavor to this drink, the ice will make it cool, the lemon will balance with sourness, the sugar will make it sweet and the salt will make the flavors stand out. good luck!
