Galaxy battleground is turn based. you think about your turn with no time limit. there are 4 different races (terran, karlons, ishtar, sintar), 3 ai (they do same as normal player 24 planet in a galaxy - each with randomly generated resource type and rate count), 3 type of resources (ore, crystals and energy), 16 different battleships (4 per race, each with custom power and resource cost) and 4 different technologies. have fun !
