Spongebob has a bit of dental issues, because there are not so many dentists underwater. but he has finally found you and he needs his teeth healthy, white and nicely decorated. you can use your lamp, turn it on and off and move it however you want. then fill his mouth with water and get it out with a suction pump. use a drill to fix all the serious cavities that can cause him pain. polish the teeth so you can remove the tartar from the base. use a pair of pliers to remove all the black teeth that are unable to be saved. you can replace them with new healthier ones. with a probe get rid of the superficial cavities that are just forming, then brush all the teeth to make them white. you can then choose some cute prints to decorate them. when you are done you can also help spongebob's friends! good luck!
