Hey, girls! be my nutritionist today and create healthy food meals for my baby. what should my child eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? make a delicious baby food plating for each of these meals. what do you recommend for breakfast? eggs, milk, cereal and yogurt are fabulous alternatives. fruits and vegetables should not miss from a baby's diet. fresh fruit juices, grapes, strawberries, oranges, lemons contain lots of vitamins and minerals. broccoli, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and other vegetables should be included in the lunch or dinner plates. how about a healthy sandwich or cheeseburger made at home? meat is a great source of proteins whether we talk about chicken, fish, shrimp, pork or bacon. combine it with rice or cooked veggies and there you have a delicious baby food plating. when it comes to dessert, cookies, biscuits, cake and cupcakes can be allowed once in a while. have a great time playing our brand new cooking game!
