Starting a mining company from the scratch is not an easy task and certainly is not someone's first choice of business, lots of resources and hard work are needed, it's highly risky and there might be nothing down there or someone might get hurt really badly even being extremely careful. even so, it's time to bet in must-a-mine and contract miners to extract gold and diamonds where there's a certainty about their existence, using only the mouse to build everything and hire people to do the hard work, while the boss' job is to manage the business and make it profitable.
