Test yourself as a baker decorator by creating a wonderful winter wonderland inspired cake. start with the butter-cream fondant icing! in a bowl mix some corn syrup, lard, salt and confectioners' sugar. cut it in three pieces and use a rolling pin to make them round and flat. take three layers of chocolate and strawberry cake and cover each one with your butter-cream fondant icing, then stack them up on each other. start decorating by choosing a color for each layer of the cake and adding a topping looking like ice melting from above. on the side of the cake you can choose a pretty design, like snowflakes, stripes, stars or gingerbread houses. then drag and drop some amazing decorations made from sugar, like snowflakes, penguins, igloos, polar bears or snowy trees. enjoy!
