This doggy is pregnant and she is going to give birth right now, but she is in a lot of pain, so you will have to perform a caesarian birth and help her out. if you feel comfortable enough with the procedure, you can play as the specialist and complete the surgery without any hints, but if you need some help, you can play as a nurse and receive guidance the whole way through. the first thing you will have to do is give the doggy an anesthetic which will ease any pain she might have. then start cutting all the layers of skin and flesh in her tummy until you get to the little puppy, which you can take out gently with your hands. cut the umbilical cord with a pair of scissors and then sow back up the doggy's tummy and bandage it. have a great time playing doggy caesarian birth!
