Known as the agent who lives in the shadows, stephen karsch not only has the same first name of an important writer of horror stories, but plays a role in the darkness himself. although his mission is to clear the city from criminals and let the innocent in peace, his ways are definitely different from any other hero. using a magic globe to appear somewhere else without really moving himself, which can be emulated with the mouse, he will get past traps and difficult engines to find the bosses he is looking after, as the city can't stand these bandits anymore.
