Are you in the mood for one special dessert? how about the most delicious caramel macchiato cheesecake? start by preheating the oven at the right temperature, then spread some oil in a round tray so the cheesecake won't get stuck to it. then blend together some crackers, butter and sugar to make the perfect basis for the cheesecake. bake it in the oven just for a bit. in another bowl mix some cream cheese, sugar, eggs, heavy cream, brewed coffee and vanilla extract. pour this mixture on top of the basis and put the tray inside another tray filled with water. then leave them in the oven for a while. when it gets colder, you should let it rest in the fridge overnight. now take the cheesecake out and start decorating. you have different toppings, fruits, whipped cream and colorful sprinkles. have fun!
