What could be better to eat during the summer than delicious and refreshing ice cream? make it yourself! first you have to go at the store and buy all the ingredients you need. put a pan on the stove in which you add some sugar, cocoa powder, milk and a pinch of salt. mix well with a spoon until all the ingredients blend in together. in a bowl mix some eggs with heavy cream and vanilla extract. then combine the two mixtures together and you end up with a nice thick cream which you will have to freeze up before using. when you are ready to eat, put three scoops of it in a serving glass and start decorating. add whipped cream, fruits, topping, sprinkles and chocolate sticks or waffles. use your imagination to create the most beautiful dessert. have a lot of fun!
