Here are two ingredients that work spectacularly well together: carrot and mango! anna knows this and she wants to use both of them to make a delicious cake. help her out! it seems her sister elsa has played with magic again and the tools and ingredients are floating around the room. help ana pick them up! preheat the oven and in a bowl mix flour, baking powder, brown sugar, ground ginger, ground coriander, mixed spice, sultanas, chopped fresh mango, grated carrots, an egg and milk. pour the batter into a pan and bake it in the oven until it gets a nice brown color. put the cake sponge on a tray, add a sweet topping, decorate with some grated carrots, some spices, whipped cream and strawberries. the cake is ready! good luck!
