You are hired to lead mercenary forces for whichever bloody battle they are needed. this means that you will be fighting in intense combat situations. it is up to you to decide which forces are needed and to make sure they get hold of strategically positions on the battle field. only proper leadership will assure that your troops can do what they are paid to do: win the war.
