Our favorite little girl is learning how to cook, but you have to be right by her side to help her out. you will have to start with chopping the vegetables first. you have onions, carrots, celery, bell peppers, potatoes, chili peppers and parsley. cut a whole chicken in pieces as well, then boil it in water. put a pan on the stove and add some oil to heat up, then put in the carrots, onions and red peppers, the pour a glass of water, the chicken, the celery, green peppers, potatoes, sour juice, tomato paste and salt and pepper. also add some time and then let everything to simmer. when it's done add some parsley on top and then it is ready to serve! this is a traditional russian dish named borsch and it is a sour, but very flavorful soup. masha will love it! have a great time!
