These chocolate snowball were always made for every kid's birthday party and for christmas. they are so easy to make and very fudgy. the yield on these will vary depending on how big you make the snowballs. you need to boil sugar,milk and butter gently for 5 minutes. then fold in rolled oats, 1 cup coconut, cocoa and vanilla. chill mixture for about 1/2-1 hour. form into balls and roll into remaining coconut.
