Epic city builder 3 is an epic sandbox game with the goal of starting a big city from the scratch, building residences and factories for the occupants. soon it will develop and transform itself from a simple village to a very complex and technological city. people must be kept at least satisfied, with their most basic needs, beside electric energy and water, being attended. use the mouse to build roads, apartments, power plants and even entertainment places where they can do something other than working. feel like a true manager and, of course, an epic city builder, with goals but also freedom.
