We love soups, because they are delicious and healthy and they make us feel good on a cold rainy day. how about a ham and potato soup? it's very satisfying and easy to make! put a pot on the stove and melt some butter in it, add some onions, celery, smoked ham, carrots and garlic, then stir well. leave them all to cook for a bit, then add a bit of flour to give the soup more body, chicken broth for extra taste and water to really make it into a soup. add the potatoes and spice it up with salt, pepper and cayenne. leave it simmering for a while and at the end of the cooking process also add some cream to give it texture and a bit of sourness. finally you can pour yourself a bowl and decorate with chives. have an amazing time playing ham and potato soup!
