This girl is not a very sporty girl and she has not been into shape lately. she needs to get into some workout. you have to help her out. take her to the gym and try out all the wonderful machines there. some of them will only get unlocked as you progress in the game. for each machine your trainer will give you certain exercises to perform. as you succeed, you will get both money and experience. the experience will have a huge factor in the development of the character's overall look. but as you work-out, your girl will get hungry and tired, so use the money you earned to buy her some food and then let her sleep to get her energy full so she can work-out some more. play this fun game until she looks absolutely spectacular. good luck!
