Isn't germany great?! they have polka music, oktoberfest, and...coinboxes? and this one in particular is a persistent son-of-a-gun! start out by hitting it with your first, if that doesn't work collect the coins it drops and move on over to the store to buy more effective destruction tools. and remember...if all else fails, don't be afraid to use a tactical nuke or two!
