Matrix is a fascinating and fun game of music creation. if you love music and creating beats and tunes from nothing, this is the perfect game for you! you are presented with a 16x16 grid of sounds - each sound has a different tone, and time spacing. you must use these sounds to create music. each row of sounds plays automatically in order. i.e. the first square of row one will play first, then the second square in row one will play next - you can use this idea to create order and to sequence your sounds. working from the top column to the bottom, the sounds progressively become deeper i.e. row 1 contains high pitched sounds, and row 16 contains deeper sounds. using this notion you can really go to town and have some fun creating a range of cool and impressive beats. controlsleft click to activate or deactive a square.
