Make stream the right quantity of water into the cup. not too much, but not too little, either. you'll have to think up some smart constructions, for example with an overflow pipe or with tubes. it's getting harder and harder and you'll have to be more and more creative to get the right quantity of water into the cup. have fun and good luck!
