Tobby puts you in control of a asian hand fan that you must swing toward the dog in order to make it fly and reach the goal. but remember don't let the dog collide with any walls/moving stars or the balloon will explode. gently swing the fan with your mouse as the dog fly upwards and release the mouse if the dog gets too high or gets out of control.
