Its a cold and foggy night down at monster high..but everything is about to change because tonight the electric ghouls festival will be held in the famous high school. the electric ghoul festival gives every monster high student no matter of their heritage the chance to have fun the whole night and meet new ghouls. frankie stein, the adorable 15 day old ghoul is really excited about this because its her first festival ever and she is really eager to have some fun with the girls. frankie is friendly, sweet, and polite with a clumsy streak but in a cute kind of way.
