Do you think you would be able to build and take care of an entire city? you now have the chance to prove it, while having great fun at the same time. you start out with an empty city and a limited budget. use this budget to meet your target shown in the beginning of the level and build different type of buildings, like houses, shops and so on. you can also build extra things that will make the inhabitants happy, usually decoration items like trees or statues, but also useful items like ice cream carts. each building in your administration will start producing money, which you can use in constructing more. you can also provide services, usually repairing things or cleaning up. try to meet all your goals before the time runs out and bring prosperity to this city. good luck!
