My mother’s peach cobbler recipe is one of my favorite desserts. actually, it is my favorite breakfast too. i have even been known to eat it for lunch. i guess just about everyone believes their mother is the best cook, but mine really is the best. her peach cobbler simply cannot be beat. i have sampled peach cobbler in restaurants in a few countries and i have never, ever found one as good as my own mother’s cobbler. i need to just go home and make my own. this is one of the easiest recipes you will ever make!
